Job summary

Holland Roofing Services in Michigan is seeking an experienced service professional to diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial systems. You will lead a small crew, perform inspections, document conditions with photos, and build clear repair scopes.

The role requires at least 3 years in commercial roofing, OSHA knowledge, and comfort using mobile devices for reporting. On-site work, occasional on-call duties, and safety-first procedures are core expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in commercial roofing service (repairs + diagnostics).
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• OSHA knowledge and strong safety habits.
• Comfort with mobile devices for photos, inspections, and reporting.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and adaptable.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with a small crew preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down leaks and perform accurate, lasting repairs.
