Holland Roofing in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Crew Lead for on-site roofing diagnostics and repairs. You will lead a small crew, inspect leaks, document conditions, and develop precise repair scopes using mobile apps.

The role emphasizes autonomy, hands-on problem solving, and clear communication with building owners. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, strong safety mindset, and prior leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Complete remediation and service repairs accurately and efficiently.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience

A day in the life

You roll up to a customer site with a small service crew (typically 1–2 teammates). A facility manager points to ceiling stains. You trace the water path, check penetrations, and get hands-on with EPDM, TPO, PVC, or metal details. You document conditions with photos, build a precise repair scope in a mobile app, and execute a lasting fix—then communicate what you found and how you solved it. Before leaving, you note a few preventive items, ensuring the building stays dry long after the rain moves on.

What you’ll handle

• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related systems).
• Complete remediation and service repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect roofs, capture photos, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.

What you bring

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs and diagnostics).

• Comfort using a mobile device for photos, inspections, and service reporting.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and adaptable as priorities shift.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small crew is preferred.
