Pally Roofing in Garrettsville, OH, is looking for a Roofing Technician to diagnose and repair roofs, inspect for leaks, and fix minor damages with safety at the forefront. You’ll perform repairs and maintain quality workmanship on residential roof systems.

You will keep the worksite clean, document issues, and communicate with customers and team. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a valid driving record are essential; roofing experience and willingness to learn our methods are

What you will be doing

• Help Diagnose and Repair Roofs
• Perform Roofing Repairs: Inspect and repair minor issues including leaks, torn shingles, and small patches.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures (OSHA, company guidelines) and use personal protective equipment properly.
• Maintain Worksite Cleanliness: Keep the job area free of debris, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.
• Document and communicate with team and customers
