Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking a Lead Roofing Installer to run a roofing crew in the field, overseeing installs from start to finish and ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget production. • OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus.

About The Role

• As a Lead Roofing Installer (Crew Lead) at Liberty Roofing Pros, you\'ll run a roofing crew in the field — leading installs from start to finish, keeping the jobsite safe, training newer installers, and making sure every roof meets our quality standard. This is a hands-on leadership role: you\'ll be on the roof with your crew, not just supervising from the ground. Your work will directly impact the safety, durability, and reputation we\'ve built since 2017.

• Prior experience leading or supervising a roofing or construction crew
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus
