Liberty Roofing Pros in Western Pennsylvania is seeking a hands-on Lead Roofing Installer (Crew Lead) to direct roofing crews from start to finish. You will plan the job, assign tasks, ensure safety, and maintain quality workmanship on asphalt shingle and metal roof systems.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of roofing experience, prior crew supervision, strong teamwork and customer-focused communication. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety and high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
• 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Prior experience leading or supervising a roofing or construction crew.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
• Lead a crew to install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec.
• Plan the job, assign and pace work, and keep production on schedule and within budget.
• Train, coach, and give feedback to crew members and uphold our workmanship standard.
