Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking a Lead Roofing Installer (Crew Lead) to run a field crew, install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems, and ensure safety and quality from start to finish. You'll plan jobs, pace work, train crew members, and uphold our standards while keeping production on schedule and within budget in a locally owned company serving Western PA, Eastern OH, and Northwestern WV.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related trade preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on roofing experience (residential/commercial).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus.

About the role

• As a Lead Roofing Installer (Crew Lead) at Liberty Roofing Pros, you'll run a roofing crew in the field — leading installs from start to finish, keeping the jobsite safe, training newer installers, and making sure every roof meets our quality standard. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be on the roof with your crew, not just supervising from the ground. Your work will directly impact the safety, durability, and reputation we've built since 2017.

• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times


• Lead a crew to install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec


• Plan the job, assign and pace work, and keep production on schedule and within budget


• Train, coach, and give feedback to crew members and uphold our workmanship standard

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade preferred
