Job summary

Liberty Roofing Pros is seeking a Lead Roofing Installer to run a roofing crew in the field, overseeing installs from start to finish and ensuring safety, quality, and on-budget production. This hands-on leadership role requires working on roofs with the crew and training newer installers to uphold our high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (residential and/or commercial).
• Experience leading or supervising a roofing or construction crew.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused communication skills and teamwork.
• OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
• Lead a crew to install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec.
• Plan the job, assign and pace work, and keep production on schedule and within budget.
• Train, coach, and give feedback to crew members and uphold our workmanship standard.
