Liberty Roofing Pros LLC is seeking a Roofing Installer to join our Western PA team. You’ll be on roofs installing asphalt shingle and metal systems from start to finish, working with a crew, taking direction from the Crew Leader, and delivering the high-quality workmanship we’ve built since 2017.

This hands-on role offers performance-based pay with earning potential tied to skill and effort, and opportunities to train, grow, and advance within a safety‑minded, family‑like company.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or related construction trades.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure quality workmanship on every job.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current on best practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
• Install asphalt shingle and metal roof systems safely and to spec.
• Load, carry, and stage materials, tools, and safety equipment.
