Job summary

JP Carroll Roofing in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Roofing Installation Manager to lead residential exterior projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate crews, schedules, materials, and permits, and serve as the main customer contact, ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in roofing, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
• Residential roofing experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout New England.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-ready.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
• Conduct job-site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company and manufacturer standards.
• Lead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and professional job-site standards.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews.
• Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

The Roofing Installation Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000
