CentiMark Corporation in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to supervise a crew of up to 8 and ensure safety, service and quality. The role offers competitive wages and solid career growth potential.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in roofing, knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends if needed. Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew up to 8 people
• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work within a team environment
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Have reliable transportation
• Bilingual also a plus
