Job summary

Bluethread Services is looking for a Foreman responsible for managing the roofing crew during installations in Fountain Valley, CA. This role includes ensuring project completion on time and within budget, performing safety inspections, and demonstrating knowledge of various roofing types.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in commercial roofing, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.00 to $40.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial high and low slope roofing.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with SP (EPDM, TPO, PVC), BUR, foam, shingle, tile and metal roofing systems.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and have adequate vision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings prior to the start of the job/project.
• Document project progress and activities.
• Manage, monitor and document performance of Journeymen and Labourers.

Skills

Education
