The role requires hands-on roofing experience and leadership to guide crews. You will manage job-site operations, assign tasks, and ensure OSHA standards are followed, while working a morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and earning $23–$31 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of roofing experience with multiple materials.
• 2+ years as foreman or lead managing teams.
• Valid CA driver license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 110 lb and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Manage installs, repairs and reroofs on various roofs.
• Lead job-site organization and assign tasks for tear off/repair/installation.
• Oversee Roofer Development training and cross-training.
• Ensure crew follows OSHA safety guidelines and address safety issues.
• Drive company vehicles to sites and operate/maintain equipment.
