The role requires coordinating materials, safety, and client communications using tablets and mobile devices. You will oversee daily operations, enforce standards, and report progress to management. Qualifications

• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM); 5+ years experience preferred.
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.
