The role interfaces with the Operations Manager to ensure timely, high-quality installations and clear daily communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in PM or field supervision in commercial roofing.
• Leadership, management and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Blueprint interpretation a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to 25 ft.
• Able to work weekends/holidays, travel and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production crews to plan and execute successful projects.
• Work with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site, ensure quality and proper installation.
• Manage job site material counts and daily communications with customers, employees, and operations manager.
