CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the roofing industry, has an opening for a Roofing Field Supervisor in the Franklin, OH area. The role requires supervising multiple crews, planning and inspecting jobs, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong customer communication to deliver successful projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of roofing supervision experience and strong leadership, along with knowledge of TPO/EPDM/BUR systems.

Qualifications

• Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required.
• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems.
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews.
• Perform pre-job & post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site.
• Maintain daily communications with the customer.
• Plan and execute successful projects.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on material orders.
• Monitor subcontracting crews for quality control.
