Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead multiple crews, coordinate materials, and maintain a safe, efficient job site. The role requires 2+ years in commercial roofing supervision, strong leadership, and solid communication skills.

The position offers year-round work with competitive wages ($25–$30 per hour) based on experience, plus extensive benefits and growth opportunities. Weekend/holiday work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Operations Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.
