Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee multiple production crews, plan projects, and ensure safe, high-quality installations on commercial roof systems.

You will work with the Operations Manager to plan and oversee projects, manage materials, and communicate with customers and staff, ensuring a safe job site and timely updates. Bilingual is a bonus; some weekends/holidays travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management and project management skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.
