Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a Roofing Field Project Manager to take ownership of residential roofing projects, coordinating crews, homeowners, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time installations that meet Trinity Total Home standards.

You’ll drive from field leadership, direct subcontractor crews, and manage project scope, costs, and timelines while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential roofing and project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage costs, materials, and field expenses.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading from the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-of-install process for residential roofing from crew arrival to final homeowner walk-through.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience on every installation, driving strong reviews.
• Drive installations to on-time, on-quality completion while maintaining target timelines.
• Direct and manage subcontractor crews on site to ensure safety and Trinity Total Home standards.
• Inspect work in progress and completed installations for quality and workmanship.
• Document job completion details and communicate status to internal teams.
