Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a Roofing Field Project Manager to take ownership of residential roofing projects, coordinating crews, homeowners, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time installations that meet Trinity Total Home standards.

You’ll drive from field leadership, direct subcontractor crews, and manage project scope, costs, and timelines while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and quality workmanship.

Trinity Total Home is looking for a Roofing Field Project Manager to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on project management professional who wants to take ownership of residential roofing projects, build strong field experience, and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll manage projects from crew arrival through final homeowner walk-through, working directly with subcontractor crews, homeowners, and internal teams to keep installations safe, on schedule, and up to Trinity Total Home standards. More importantly, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions in the field, solve problems in real time, and see the direct impact of your work on both the customer and the business.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-of-install process for residential roofing projects from crew arrival through final homeowner walk-through.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every installation, serving as the primary field point of contact for homeowners and driving strong NPS and 5-star reviews.
• Drive installations to on-time, on-quality completion while supporting the team's target pipeline cycle time of under 20 days from signed contract to completed installation.
• Direct and manage subcontractor crews on site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to Trinity Total Home quality standards.
• Confirm contract obligations, project scope, materials, and customer expectations before and throughout installation.
• Inspect work in progress and completed installations to ensure strong technical execution, quality, and workmanship.
• Manage materials, labor, and field expenses while controlling project costs without sacrificing quality.
• Resolve field issues, customer concerns, quality issues, and timeline risks in real time.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, Project Coordinators, subcontractors, and internal leadership throughout the project.
• Ensure subcontractor crews follow company expectations, jobsite standards, and safety requirements.
• Coach subcontractor crews on quality, safety, timing, and Trinity Total Home standards.
• Support subcontractor development and help identify and recruit local subcontractor crews as the market grows.
• Complete final walk-throughs, confirm customer satisfaction, and coordinate any required post-installation follow-up.
• Support customer payment receipt and follow-up when needed.
• Document job completion details and communicate project status to the appropriate internal teams.
• Support additional field operations and roofing initiatives as the business evolves.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in roofing, residential construction, project management, field operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction crews, or residential installation projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, roofing installation, jobsite processes, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage project costs, materials, labor, and field expenses.
• Ability to identify potential project issues early and take proactive steps to keep projects moving.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset—you’re comfortable being in the field, solving problems, holding crews accountable, and looking for better ways to get things done.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between residential job sites as required.
