Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor crews on-site to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Conduct roof inspections, diagnose installation issues, and execute minor repairs.
• Verify job measurements, check material deliveries, and manage jobsite needs.
• Capture and upload required before, during, and after project photos via smartphone apps.
