Job summary

KNDK Consulting is recruiting for an experienced roofing estimator on behalf of a California South Bay contractor. The role is field-based, meeting clients, measuring roofs, and turning measurements into accurate estimates. Leads are provided; you follow up to close the sale and transition to production.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in roofing and the ability to measure roofs precisely. Full-time, Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of roofing experience.
• Ability to measure roofs accurately and produce estimates.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time and travel around LA/OC.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure residential and commercial roofs and prepare estimates from measurements.
• Meet homeowners on site; explain scope, materials and price clearly.
• Work provided leads; manage estimate through to sale.
• Coordinate with teammates on proposals, change orders, and handoffs to production.
• Follow Cal/OSHA safety rules on every site.
• Represent the company with a reliable, customer-first attitude.
