Job summary

SST Direct is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator in College Park, MD, for a direct hire position. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in roofing estimation and possess strong analytical skills. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85K to $120K per year along with full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation, preferably in roofing or commercial construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project plans to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope.
• Utilize estimating software to compile accurate and competitive bids.
