This full-time role offers a competitive base salary, benefits, and profit sharing within a nationwide organization. You will prepare detailed estimates, review drawings, and collaborate with suppliers and operations to set projects up for success while growing your expertise in roofing systems and estimating

Qualifications

5+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects.
Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing systems.
Ability to read drawings and specifications.
Proficient with estimating software and Excel.
Attention to detail and profitability awareness.

Responsibilities

Preparing detailed estimates and takeoffs for commercial roofing projects.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, materials, and labor requirements.
Developing competitive, accurate pricing.
Working with suppliers, project managers, and operations leadership.
Participating in bid reviews and project handoffs.
Helping ensure projects are estimated accurately and set up for success.
