Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply in San Antonio is seeking a Delivery Material Handler to support drivers and ensure safe, on-time delivery of building materials to job sites. You will use forklift, crane, conveyor, or manual handling and participate in verifying quantities and guiding drivers.

This role requires climbing up to 40-foot ladders to access pitched roofs, ensuring proper stacking, maintaining equipment, and conforming to OSHA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish as required by the branch location.
• Experience with loading, unloading, and material handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure materials on trucks daily.
• Verify material quantities for accuracy.
• Assist drivers in locating job sites and backing up safely.
• Direct placement of conveyors and unload materials using equipment.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and conduct inventory as needed.
• Keep warehouse, yard, and trucks clean and presentable.
• Deliver materials to customer sites and ensure safe handling.
