Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is hiring a Delivery Material Handler to support driver deliveries of building materials to job sites. This hands-on role involves loading, securing, stacking materials, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries at various roof drop locations.

You will follow written and verbal directions and may lift up to 100 pounds. The position requires the ability to work in heat, cold, rain, or shine and to maintain safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish as required by the branch location.

Responsibilities

• Loading or assisting in loading and securing materials on trucks daily and at roof drop locations.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb.
• Work on multi-story buildings at various heights and pitch.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds of material for extended periods.
• Ensure proper stacking and distribution in the placement of materials on the roof.
• Work in heat, cold, rain, or shine.
• Respect and discretion at delivery points or branches.
• Safely perform all functions per company safety policies.
