Job summary

RoofServ is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling roof inspections, estimates, and service appointments.

You will document customer information in our system, address concerns promptly, coordinate with field teams, provide pricing information, and support accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; roofing or construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software.
• Professional phone manner.
• Comfort discussing invoices and balances with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails professionally.
• Schedule roof inspections, estimates, and service appointments.
• Document customer information in the system.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with field teams and management to resolve issues.
• Provide quotes and pricing information to customers.
