Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation and gutters.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a crew.
• OSHA certification is a plus; familiarity with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a roofing crew on residential job sites.
• Install, repair, and inspect asphalt shingle roofs and gutter systems.
• Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specs, and local codes.
• Train and mentor crew on installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate project progress and issues to managers and homeowners.
• Verify materials and tools are available and used properly.
• Complete projects on schedule with quality workmanship.
