Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation and gutter systems.
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read work orders and follow project specifications.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights in varying weather.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a roofing crew on residential job sites.
- Install, repair, and inspect asphalt shingle roofs and gutter systems.
- Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specs, and local codes.
- Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate progress and issues with project managers and homeowners.
- Verify materials and tools are available and used properly.
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
