Velaz Group LLC is seeking an experienced Roofing Closer Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Roofing Closers in New Jersey. This leadership role focuses on driving sales performance, improving closing ratios, and mentoring sales professionals to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with extensive roofing and home improvement experience who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of roofing sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
• Proven success in Roofing and Home Improvement Sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience improving team performance and closing percentages.
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration claims is a plus.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Roofing Closers.
• Conduct daily sales meetings, role-playing sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
• Monitor KPIs, including closing ratio, revenue, appointments, and self-generated leads.
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and closing percentages.
• Train new Roofing Closers on products, sales process, objection handling, insurance restoration, and presentation techniques.
• Review sales presentations and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure all sales representatives follow policies and ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Operations, Production, and Project Management to support growth.
• Track sales metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Build a positive, accountable, results-driven sales culture.
