Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Roofer to join our team! Responsibilities include covering roofs with shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, or other materials, and performing sealing, insulating, or soundproofing as needed. A positive attitude, teamwork, and quality work are essential. Prior roofing experience is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Self-motivated, pride in work, team player
• Maintain professionalism and safety
• Reliable transportation
• Availability Monday - Friday (weekends optional)

Experience Advantage:

• Skilled in commercial roofing applications (TPO, PVC, shingles, metal)
• Knowledge of Florida codes and inspection guidelines
• Leak detection skills
• Wood repair and flashing skills

Physical Requirements:

• Work in outdoor temperatures
• Climb ladders
• Walk roofs safely
• Lift at least 50lbs
