Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years journeyman roofing experience required.
• Pre-employment physical exam required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability by university insurer.
• Grade 4 (Hourly) position.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install roof types (shingle, slate, metal, built-up).
• Repair/maintain gutters and downspouts.
• Use waterproofing materials, sealants, caulking.
• Document roof inspections and maintain records.
• Maintain tools, ladders, and equipment per safety guidelines.
• Operate bucket trucks and other equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper reporting.
