Qualifications

• Computer literate and able to use campus/department software (e.g., CMMS).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level roofing and tinning tasks including fabrication, rough and finishing work.
• Assist other tradesmen on complex assignments and projects.
• Read drawings and fabricate ductwork and related items.
• Assist in job setup, material delivery, and site cleanup.
• Ensure safe use of vehicles, tools, and equipment; follow PPE procedures.
• Document activities using CMMS (Maximo) and support overtime or emergency calls.
