Job summary

Holland Roofing in Saint Paul, MN is hiring Roofer Helpers for our Minnesota team. Enjoy hands-on outdoor work alongside a Service Foreman, helping with inspections and repairs across different sites.

You’ll start after a pre-employment drug screen and must have a valid driver’s license, OSHA 10, and basic trade experience where possible. Role focuses on practical, outdoor work with opportunities to learn roofing on diverse projects; competitive hourly pay of $20/hour with standard schedules

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with inspections, repairs and other activities at the jobsite.
• Site locations change as projects progress, providing variety and travel between sites.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working outdoors.Start Your Day at the JobsiteSkip the extra stop at the office. You’ll typically work with a Service Foreman visit customers helping the Foreman with Inspections Repairs and other activities.
