Job summary

Holland Roofing is hiring 5–6 Roofer Helpers for our Columbus team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and using tools.

Experience with power tools or outdoor equipment is preferred; roofing experience is not required. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to Columbus, OH are needed, and OSHA 10 certification is a plus. We offer a hands-on opportunity to learn roofing and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist roof crews with material handling, setup, and cleanup.
• Support installation tasks under supervision and learn on the job.
