Job summary

Holland Roofing in Milford, OH is seeking a Roofer Helper to join our outdoor, hands-on team. Start your day directly at the jobsite, with locations changing as projects progress. The ideal candidate will use power tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with physical outdoor work.

Roofing experience is not required, but a willingness to learn commercial roofing is expected. Compensation includes $22.50 per hour and a $1,000 bonus, with milestone bonuses after 90 days, 120 days,

Roofer Helper – Milford, OH

$22.50/hour + $1,000 Bonus

Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers for our Milford team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and are comfortable working outdoors.

Start Your Day at the Jobsite

Skip the extra stop at the office. You’ll typically drive directly from home to the customer’s jobsite and head home when the workday is finished. Job locations change as projects are completed, giving you the opportunity to work at different sites while avoiding an unnecessary daily trip to the company office.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands‑on work experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
• Willing to learn commercial roofing

Roofing experience is not required.

Pay & Bonus

Pay: $22.50 per hour

• $300 after 90 days
• $300 after 120 days
• $400 after one year

You will start working for our company as soon as the required pre-employment drug screen is completed with a negative result.
