Job summary

Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers for our Milford team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors.
• Willing to learn commercial roofing.
• Roofing experience is not required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
• Willing to learn commercial roofing

Roofing experience is not required.

Pay & Bonus

Pay: $22.50 per hour

$1,000 Bonus:

• $400 after one year

Start: As soon as the required pre-employment drug screen is completed with a negative result.
