Job summary

Holland Roofing is seeking Roofers Helpers to support our Service Roofing Columbus team. You will assist with roof maintenance and repairs while working outdoors on flat roofs under the direction of a Service Foreman.

No prior roofing experience is required, but hands-on construction or trade experience is valued and training is provided. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a willingness to learn commercial roofing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors.
• Willing to learn commercial roofing.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Holland Roofing is looking forRoofer Helpers for our Service Roofing Columbus team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and using tools.

Our RMM’s Roof Technicians receive comprehensive training that covers everything from OSHA requirements to find leaks repair them, how to reroof, flash curb and pipes, meeting standards, and quality control Inspection techniques. You will be working outdoors on a flat roof with our Service Foreman. Assist with the maintenance and repair of roofs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands‑on work experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus

Salary: $18 to $24/hour
