Job summary

Holland Roofing in Florence, KY is hiring Roofer Helpers to join our outdoor-focused team. We’re seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and learning commercial roofing.

No roofing experience required, but you should be comfortable with physical labor, driving, and using power tools. Pay starts at $22.50 per hour with a $1,000 bonus program and opportunities to advance with continued training.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or similar equipment is a plus.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors.
• Willing to learn commercial roofing.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Pay & Bonus

Pay: $22.50 per hour

$1,000 Bonus:

• $400 after one year

Start: As soon as the required pre-employment drug screen is completed with a negative result.
