Job summary

UNC Finance and Operations on the Chapel Hill campus is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for roofing and carpentry repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across campus buildings.

A valid North Carolina driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) is required, and the NC State Inspector’s License or certification must be achievable within six months of hire. A sign-on bonus of $4,081 is available, paid in installments within 12 months of hire.

This position is responsible for making roofing and carpentry repairs and installations, as well as performing preventive maintenance to all campus buildings.
