Job summary

UNC Finance and Operations is seeking two Facility Maint Tech – BldgTrd – Journey positions to maintain the appearance of 37 residence halls and 400 family apartments for nearly 9,000 residents. The role covers interior and exterior painting, including scraping, patching, priming and painting or staining.

Candidates must possess a valid NC Driver's License or be able to obtain one before hire. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chapel Hill and offers a sign-on bonus paid in two
