Job summary

TruTeam in Wilmington, NC is seeking an insulation installer to join our field team. You will install insulation and related products, review schedules, load tools and materials, and perform vehicle and site safety inspections to ensure work complies with quality and safety guidelines.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having at least one year of insulation experience, a valid driver’s license if you operate a company vehicle, and a safety sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year experience in insulation.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all installations comply with work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Install products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other company products.
• Review daily work schedule and load truck with product(s), tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse related duties as required.
• Carry out any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned.
