Clayton Homes is seeking a Roof Truss Builder to construct roof trusses at our facilities. The role requires reading cut sheets and blueprints, assembling components, and maintaining quality while meeting production targets. You will work with a partner to ensure precise jig setup and correct nail placement.

Responsibilities

• Read cut sheets and blueprints to build trusses that meet the approved standards.
• Check parts on assigned table/press to ensure proper setup of jig, cord, parts, and nails according to truss blueprint.
• Ensure proper nail placement, overhang and king post on every unit produced.
• Meet production requirements in a timely manner while ensuring quality.
• Other duties as assigned
