Ascent Hospitality Management Co., LLC is seeking a Rooftop Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our rooftop dining and lounge. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt, courteous service while upholding brand standards.

The role requires clear English communication, a professional appearance, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience and a certification within 30 days may be required; availability

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain alcohol service certification within 30 days of hire (if applicable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with professionalism and a warm welcome.
• Provide attentive food and beverage service in rooftop area.
• Maintain proactive guest service at all times.
• Know menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and serve accordingly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs.
• Assist with set-up, cleanliness, and organization of rooftop area.
• Maintain sanitation of service stations.
• Restock supplies and ensure readiness.
• Communicate effectively with management and team.
• Follow company policies and brand standards.

Ascent Hospitality is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Rooftop Server.

The Rooftop Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the rooftop dining and lounge areas. This role ensures guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service while maintaining company and brand standards and creating a positive guest experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet all guests with professionalism, eye contact, and a warm welcome
• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service in the rooftop service area
• Maintain a proactive guest service approach at all times
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
• Accurately enter orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) systemServe food and beverages according to company and brand standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs
• Assist with set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the rooftop service area
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of assigned service stations
• Restock supplies and maintain operational readiness
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage experience preferred
• Must obtain required alcohol service certification (if applicable) within 30 days of hire
