• Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specs.
• Readiness to run wire and install electrical components.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Learn and use electronic testing equipment.
• Support electrical equipment installations across projects.
• Keep tools/materials organized and work area clean.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool care.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.

CapStone Solutions is a telecommunications construction company seeking Roof Tech I / II for the greater Puget Sound area. The ideal candidate will be local to the area and have experience in solar work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to obtain and maintain Washington State Electrical Trainee License

• Ability to run wire and install electrical components/equipment in a quality manner
• Ability to take directions and communicate effectively
• Ability to learn and use electronic testing equipment
• Support all aspects of electrical equipment installations
• Organize materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work areas
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
