CapStone Solutions is seeking Roof Tech I/II for the greater Puget Sound area. Local candidates with solar experience are preferred to support wireless and solar customers.

• Willing to obtain Washington State Electrical Trainee License.
• Read and understand schematic diagrams and blueprints as required by customers.
• Ability to run wire and install electrical components in a quality manner.
• Ability to take directions and communicate effectively.
• Learn to use electronic testing equipment.
• Organize materials and tools to maintain clean work areas.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High School graduate or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to obtain and maintain Washington State Electrical Trainee License
  
• Learn to read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications as required by our customers
• Ability to run wire and install electrical components/equipment in a quality manner
• Ability to take directions and communicate effectively
• Ability to learn and use electronic testing equipment
• Support all aspects of electrical equipment installations
• Organize materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work areas
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
