Job summary

A leading roofing company in North Carolina is seeking Flat Roof Installers for immediate, permanent employment. Responsibilities include installing commercial roofing systems and troubleshooting roofing issues. Candidates must possess 3-5 years of experience and related skills with valid transportation.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing required.
• Access to tools/equipment and CSA approved safety gear necessary.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems such as TPO.
• Install vapor barriers and layers of insulation on flat roof decks.
• Complete roofing work on new construction and re-roofing projects.

Position Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems such TPO
• Install vabour barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
• Install, repair, or replace single ply roofing systems
• Completion of roofing system on new construction projects and re-roofing projects

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing
• Experience with TPO roofing applications
• Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and detect leaks
• Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
• Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
• Access to tools/equipment and CSA approved safety gear
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed
• Have a valid Driver’s license and reliable method of transportation
