Job summary

Crazy Maple Studio is seeking a Creative Producer to join the team for ReelShort Vertical Drama series with Elastic Heart Studio. You will support the Head of Studio from concept to delivery, coordinating writers, directors, and production partners on multiple projects.

You should have proven producing experience in film/TV, especially romance, strong organizational and leadership skills, and willingness to travel and work long hours on set.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer in film or television production.
• Proven experience in the romance genre in film, television, or other media.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Creative vision with ability to provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production from concept development to final delivery.
• Assist with casting, location scouting, and hiring of key crew.
• Monitor production progress and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead notes for post-production and ensure series consistency.
• Coordinate with writers, directors, and production partners to realize the creative vision.
• Attend production and casting meetings and manage wardrobe, locations, and schedules.
