AKER by MAAX is hiring Roller Operators for our Martinsburg manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role where your work directly affects the strength, quality, and finish of the bathware products we manufacture.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour, with a path to $22.00/hour as you qualify and demonstrate proficiency. You will consolidate fiberglass and resin, inspect for defects and follow standard work to ensure products meet quality before curing.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with the ability to follow safety, quality and standardized-work instructions.
• Ability to read labels, production instructions and quality standards.
• Some manufacturing experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Inspect wet fiberglass/resin laminate for air pockets, bubbles and defects.
• Use the correct roller, pressure and angle to consolidate material to standard.
• Follow standard work and quality specifications and document in-process checks.
• Build manufacturing skills and progress toward higher-skill work over time.
