Job summary

McGeorge Contracting Co., Inc. seeks a dedicated heavy equipment operator to support our earthmoving crew on highway and site work projects.

You will operate a roller and other equipment, follow OSHA regulations, and maintain gear in a safe, clean condition. A 12-hour shift with some weekend work is expected, with outdoor work in extreme weather. We value safety, reliability, and policy adherence across Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 12 hour day/shift including some weekends.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift items at least as heavy as 50 pounds;
• Must work outside in extreme weather conditions including temperatures over 100 degrees.
