Job summary

McGeorge Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking a driver to haul heavy construction equipment to and from job sites. The position operates in outdoor environments with summer temperatures that can exceed 100 degrees and may include night or weekend shifts.

A valid Class A CDL and at least 3 years of experience hauling heavy equipment are required. The job may involve strenuous physical labor, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reporting to the Bauxite, AR location.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience hauling heavy construction equipment.
• Must have the ability and be willing to work a 12 hour day/shift and could include nights or weekends.
• Must be able and willing to walk, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor including lifting items at least as heavy as 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability and be willing to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be willing to report to work in Bauxite, Arkansas.

• Haul heavy construction equipment to and from job sites.
• May perform other construction related tasks as needed.

Job description

This person is responsible for hauling heavy construction equipment to and from job sites. This person may be required to do other construction related tasks from time to time. Typical work conditions are in an outside environment with temperatures that may exceed 100 degrees in the Summer. Tank and Hazmat endorsement on CDL License is a plus. Basic Qualifications

• Must have a class A Commercial Drivers License.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience hauling heavy construction equipment.
• Must have the ability and be willing to work a 12 hour day/shift and could include nights or weekends.
